We’re inviting residents to stop by the office to celebrate Heart Health Month with us today! We’ll be chatting about the small habits that support heart health—movement, rest, stress management, nourishing foods—and giving residents the chance to fill out a short reflection card to share heart-healthy tips with their neighbors.

As a small thank-you for participating, Franklin Plant Co. has generously provided free houseplants for residents who stop by and take part. 🌿
Because just like healthy habits, growth takes time.

Come share, connect, and take a plant home as a gentle reminder to care for yourself and one another.

Join us this Friday, February 6 as we support heart health awareness together. Residents are encouraged to wear red and stop by to participate in our community heart-healthy prompt board.

We’ll be inviting residents to share their favorite heart-healthy tips, habits, or self-care practices by filling out a prompt card and adding it to our board for everyone to see. Light treats will be available, and it’s a great way to connect, reflect, and support one another.
