We're excited to announce another milestone for 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥!

The 4.254-acre retail development has received plat approval from the 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐨𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, marking an important step toward the development of approximately 35,000 square feet of neighborhood retail space along the Scenic Loop Road corridor.

𝐙𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 is proud to provide land development consulting, civil engineering design, permitting, and project management services, helping guide the project from the early planning stages through entitlement and into the next phase of development.
