Don Reiter, Commerical Real Estate

Don Reiter is a Commercial Real Estate Agent who relies on his vast experience, interpersonal skills and pride in his work to bring the ultimate in customer satisfaction to everyone who works with him. He’s not just your broker, he’s your partner.

Don is originally from San Antonio and grew up on its NW Side when it was still all old family ranch land and working farms. As a young man, Don worked on many of those farms and ranches before all the development we now see. You could say this was the beginning of his work ethic.

Eventually, Don settled near other family members just south of FT Worth in the beautiful lakeside community of Granbury, TX. This was the start of his real estate career in the early 1990s – marketing residential real estate properties. But being a single father looking to provide for his family, he also began working in the food and beverage industry. Don’s drive and desire to succeed made him eager to learn all aspects of the real estate business. Using every opportunity to learn, he quickly took classes and began piling up several licenses and certifications; including mortgage and tax, home inspector and retrofit foundation certifications. After an apprenticeship, he earned his license as a certified residential appraiser. But what appealed the most to Don was working closely with people. Understanding their needs and objectives and helping them achieve their goals gave Don great satisfaction.

In 1999, Don joined Advanced Real Estate Solutions. Here he was able to utilize his passion and experience to complete both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Don’s success and hard work led to an incredible opportunity. He was able to purchase Advanced Real Estate Solutions and managed the business operations successfully for several years.
