Thrilled about this one because these clients are the kind of people who make you grateful to do what you do. Truly salt-of-the-earth people, and friends I’m incredibly lucky to have.

They were looking for the right opportunity to sell their current home and move into something new, but they didn’t want to settle. They wanted the right house, the right situation, and the right timing.

Then SURPRISE, the plan and urgency shifted when they found THE house.

Next step —> how do we make this work?
After looking at all the options, we realized they could actually purchase their new home before selling their current one. So that’s exactly what they did! They got into their new home, got settled, and then we went to work getting their old home sold.
Somehow, it all came together exactly the way it was supposed to.

They got the home they were dreaming about. They had the breathing room to make the move on their terms. AND their old home (that they adored) is officially SOLD and they can start this new journey off on the right foot with that settled!
