Carol Jinkins, Your Real Estate Expert As a dedicated real estate agent, Carol Jinkins loves forging long-term relationships with her clients. They even spent three years living abroad.

Known for being a great listener who puts the interests of buyers and sellers first, she has personally bought and sold several homes and understands deeply how emotional the process can be. Raised in a military family, Carol moved frequently and has lived in all major regions of the U.S. She and her late husband traveled the world extensively, visiting as many places as possible, including Tibet,

Bhutan, India, Yemen, the Arabian Peninsula, Africa, South America, and most of Europe. Because of this, Carol brings a deep appreciation for a variety of cultures and regional differences to her work. She loves architecture and studied interior design at St. Mary’s University—an experience that helps her quickly see the hidden potential in all types of properties. Regardless of transaction size or type, Carol maintains close communication with her clients from showing through closing and beyond. She’s a true advocate for buyers and sellers at all levels looking for someone to guide them toward their goals. Carol is proud to call San Antonio home and enjoys immersing herself in the area’s wonderful cultural heritage. Her passion for the art and history of Mexico and the Southwestern United States has led her to become a volunteer with the San Antonio Museum of Art’s Latin American Art Department and a frequent patron of the Witte, the McNay, SAMA, and the Briscoe. Carol holds a BS in the biological sciences and health field. She likes swimming, hiking, and cycling in her free time. An avid dog-lover, Carol is also a lifelong supporter of several causes that help dogs in need.
