Originally from El Paso, Sam Diaz moved to San Antonio in 2004, where he currently resides. He immediately fell in love with the hill country, greenery in the surrounding areas, and all the wonderful activities and amenities that the friendly community offers. Before becoming a real estate agent, Sam spent 16 years working for JP Morgan Chase in various roles throughout the company. After years at
Chase, Samuel had moved up to management and developed a deep understanding of finance. He realized that the most intriguing aspect of his job was working with clients and he wanted a career which allowed him to do that on a daily basis. Using his knowledge of the area, financial background, and passion to help others, Sam earned his real estate license and set out to start making the American dream of home ownership a reality for others. He then spent time researching and visiting several brokerages before deciding on Connect Realty. He felt it was a place that could provide his clients with excellent technology, user friendly tools, and the best resources to meet their needs. Sam believes in offering comfort, support, and knowledge to each client he works for. He understands that deciding to buy or sell a home is a huge stepping stone in life and feels honored to be part of the process. As a rule, he listens before speaking and places your needs ahead of his ideas. Sam knows that the client is the only person who can say whether or not something works for them, and once he is able to grasp your vision, he hits the pavement. He is reliable by nature and motivated in every aspect of his life. When he isn’t helping clients, Sam enjoys spending time with his children, having regular date nights with his wife, and hitting the gym every morning for crossfit. He is an active parent and loves to attend his son’s baseball games and practices as well as his daughter’s ballet recitals.
