This week we joined & sales and destination services teams in San Diego for the Professional Convention Management Association Convening Leaders Conference, the largest attended Convening Leaders in PCMA’s history!​ Promoting Visit San Antonio’s upcoming nationwide Roadshow, Visit San Antonio On the Road. , James Moore & I served San Antonio as storytellers and ambassadors serving margaritas out of Rita, a vintage Piaggio. We were joined by fellow Visit San Antonio Board of Director Sandra Bench.

I had an unforgettable journey at the Legacy Tour, thanks to . What a profound deep dive into the history of Uncle Nearest, the first recognized African American master distiller. This trip was filled with cherished memories with old friends & fantastic new acquaintances!

🥃 I had the privilege to visit the historic Dan Call Farmhouse, Distillery No. 7, where Nearest crafted Tennessee Whiskey in the hollow hills above Lynchburg.
🥃Nearest Green at Highview Cemetery, Lynchburg Cemetery.
🥃Enjoyed hearty Tennessee BBQ at the Barrel House BBQ II, located at the Nearest Green Distillery.
🥃"Malt Disney World" - Nearest Green Distillery at Sand Creek Farms.
🥃Humble Baron, home to the World's Longest Bar.
🥃Spirits guided tasting in the Family Tasting Room.
🥃Lastly, the Concession Stand unique snacks, originating from Tennessee and available worldwide.
