3 Things I would never do before buying a house! 🏡

My clients taught me a LOT this season.

Every buyer and seller has their own story. Their own timeline. Their own version of what “home” means.

And honestly? They reminded me why I love doing this. ❤️

I’ve learned to listen a little closer.
To be patient when plans change.
To get creative when things don’t go exactly as expected.
To have the honest conversations—even when they’re not the easiest ones.
And most importantly… to remember that this is THEIR move, not mine.

My job isn’t just to open doors and hand over keys. 😜🔑

It’s to be the person in their corner who answers the phone, finds solutions, tells them the truth, negotiates when it matters, and helps keep the process moving when things get a little… well, real estate-y. 😂

Every client leaves me with another lesson, another story, and another reminder that trust is everything.

So, to all of my clients—past, present, and future—thank you for trusting me with such a big part of your life. 🏡❤️

And if you like real estate without all the boring real estate talk… 😉
Follow along! I’ll share the market, home tips, behind-the-scenes, a little humor, and whatever else happens along the way.

Because there’s always a story behind the sold sign. 🏠✨
