Hello Stonegate!

We have been in the process of fixing up the park area for quite some time (starting with the initial changes with fencing and landscaping clear out and solar lighting). Due to limited funds it has taken longer than many of you would like (I get it!). We have a small budget and only collect dues twice a year.

The good news is, things are back in motion and visible changes will be happening this week - weather permitting. The weather has been our biggest challenge lately with trying to get this scheduled! If the weather is bad, then we have to wait to get on the schedule again.

In any event, thanks for your patience, things ARE happening!

Here are stock photos of some of the items you can expect to be seeing soon including two large grills and a picnic table. We had more planned but had to divert that to fix the gazebo roof.

Hello Stonegate,

Our end of year budget board meeting will be on Friday, December 20th, at 5:30pm VIA Zoom - or conference call (many are out of town for the holidays). This meeting agenda will consist solely of the Board going over the budget for the upcoming year. It should last about 15 minutes. No major changes.
