We are a family/veteran owned real estate brokerage dedicated to bringing you world-class service with a personal touch.. Terri Saari is our founder and Broker, overseeing all sales transactions and property management. Bill Saari is head of Property Management and Ashley Nugent is our dedicated Property Manager. We are both are licensed real estate agents in the State of Texas. The Property Management Division at Kristalli Real Estate offers full service residential 1-4 units property management. Most of the properties we manage are properties whose owners chose not to sell at this time to add rental income to their investment portfolios. However, over the last couple of years we are seeing more and more investors adding residential properties to their portfolios and this has become a bigger piece of the inventory.
