Thinking about buying a home in San Antonio but wondering if you should wait? 🏡
With all the conversations around mortgage rates, home prices, and the housing market, I understand why buyers are nervous right now.
But after nearly 12 years in San Antonio real estate, one thing I’ve learned is this:
There is no perfect market. There is only the market that makes sense for YOU.
When buyers become hesitant, opportunities can start to appear, less competition, motivated sellers, price reductions, seller concessions, and sometimes more room to negotiate.
Does that mean everyone should buy right now? No.
It means you shouldn’t let a headline make a financial decision for you.
Your decision should come down to your goals, your finances, your timeline, and whether the numbers actually make sense.
My job as your Realtor isn’t to convince you to buy a house. It’s to help you understand the San Antonio housing market, connect you with the right professionals, identify opportunities, and give you enough information to make an educated decision with confidence.
And if the numbers tell us it’s not the right time? I’ll tell you that too.
