My Real Estate Journey

My name is Carolina Pachuca Vazquez, and I have been dedicated to the real estate profession since 2003.

My journey began when Mr. Saul Delgado Velazquez, who assisted my mother with the purchase of her first home, offered me an opportunity to learn the business. The strong work ethic and principles he instilled in me remain the foundation of my career today. He often shared the valuable perspective that, "Everything has a solution, except death."

Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work alongside several empowering women, including Sandy Flores and Ruth Gurrola. Upon relocating to Texas, I had the pleasure of meeting and collaborating with another amazing professional, Sandy Gonzalez.

I am profoundly grateful for every person I have worked with over the years. However, I owe a special debt of gratitude to Mr. Delgado Velazquez for giving me the opportunity and guidance that launched this journey.

While I regret not having the chance to thank him in person before his passing this year, I carry his life philosophy forward. Through my faith, I have found solace and a deeper meaning to his saying (Acts 24:15 And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection...)

I am thankful for his family, who always made me feel welcome. It is through this profession that I am able to contribute to providing for my own family alongside my husband.

And this is how everything started.
