*** Closed *** story time: My seller reached out to me a few weeks ago asking for help to sell her home, which she had just purchased about a year ago. Unfortunately her situation changed, and needed to sell asap... mind you, she had her property listed with another Realtor for months, she kept getting discouraged when her Realtor at the time would tell her she would need money out of her pocket to sell, money she didn't have! Also, dropping the price without her knowledge to sell fast 🤨 .. even at that her house was still not selling. Fast forward to now, after 25 days I got her property SOLD and had it listed for more than the previous listing, was able to put over 10k in her pocket! No bringing money out of pocket over here!.. if you or anyone you know is struggling to make payments or need your property sold fast, message me!
