Some people have no clue what it's like to be a Realtor and think we get paid way too much... If you only knew what we really go through on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. For all my stat loving friends... Bottom line, Texas is at a 14 year high on our housing inventory! Sellers need to be prepared to offer incentives to buyers, especially in the lower price ranges. If you're trying to sell your home, be aggressive with your price and terms offered right up front. Some highly desired areas can be a little less aggressive, but still need to have their homes in tip-top condition and priced appropriately. Buyers can expect to get some great deals out there with the sellers competing against each other. This will change up dramatically with some much needed improvement in interest rates. For those who are actually brave enough and prepared to buy now, they will be ahead of those who are waiting to see what happens.
