We didn’t start in real estate. We started with long days, tight margins, and the pressure of figuring things out as we went.
Deborah was the first to step into the industry — no safety net, just faith, grit, and a deep belief that real estate could be more than just a job. It could be a vehicle to change lives.
Steven was still in the car business — helping people make big decisions, learning how to earn trust, stay calm under pressure, and serve with integrity.
We’ve had seasons that tested us. Times we felt behind, uncertain, or unseen. But we kept showing up.
And eventually, we joined forces.
We’re Steven & Deborah Rodriguez. Husband and wife. Business partners. Founders of The Rodriguez Realty Group.
We didn’t get here overnight. This was built step by step — through faith, failure, grace, and grit. But also through intention.
We sought out mentors — the best we could find. We studied, invested, and committed to building something that would last. Behind the scenes, we built systems, embraced smart tech, and created an experience we’re proud to stand behind.
