PARK GOLF TO BUILD $6 MILLION CLUBHOUSE NEAR UTSA
The new Park Golf development is officially moving forward on its facilities near the UTSA campus. Taking shape at 6006 UTSA Blvd, the project involves a $6,000,000 ground-up build for the course's new 3,390-square-foot clubhouse.

Construction is scheduled to begin on June 29, 2026, with a target completion date of March 8, 2027.

As the first major entertainment tenant for the new 112-acre "The Merc" mixed-use district, Park Golf will bring a nine-hole, par-three course, putting punchbowl, and beer garden from the creators of Austin’s popular Butler Pitch & Putt.
