Congratulations to San Antonio’s newest home owner!
Meet Tony Martinez he’s a retired veteran who won the golden gloves in his prime. He’s from a small town in northern New Mexico then moved to San Antonio where he now resides in his new home. At the beginning of us working together we didn’t know if his dream was possible. But thanks to Elizabeth we were able to get all the documents we needed to make the numbers work.
We ended up going with a nice 3 bed 2 bath on the south side of San Antonio. He ended up coming out with 0 dollars spent at the closing table and he actually received a check for $1500 at closing. Getting paid to buy a home sounds like a good deal to me.
