✨ High Heels & High Standards ✨
When I first got into real estate, I knew one thing for sure: I had to make it work for my girls.
There were long days, late nights, open houses, and plenty of moments where I questioned if I was doing enough. Through it all, my daughters were right there beside me, helping me build this business and cheering me on every step of the way.
When I hit my first milestone of over $1 million in sales in a single month, my friend Michelle said, “Let’s celebrate brunch.” She showed up with a cake and a bottle of champagne, but more importantly, she challenged me to set my next goal: $1 million in sales for 3 consecutive months.
For months, I’d get one month. Sometimes two. Then the clock would reset.
But I kept going.
As of June 1st, I’ve now achieved nearly five consecutive months of over $1 million in sales.
So Michelle and I decided it was time to celebrate… but not just me.
We hosted our very first High Heels & High Standards event, bringing together an incredible group of women—business owners, corporate executives, lawyers, teachers, students, moms, and future leaders.
Women who are building careers.
Women who are raising families.
Women who are chasing dreams.
Women who are redefining success on their own terms.
What started as a celebration of a business milestone became something so much bigger.
It became a room full of women celebrating where they are today while boldly declaring where they’re going tomorrow.
Every woman had the opportunity to identify her next goal—whether personal or professional—and share it with a room full of people ready to cheer her on.
Because success isn’t about competing with one another.
It’s about creating a seat at the table, lifting others up, and reminding each other that we are capable of more than we sometimes believe.
Here’s to high heels, high standards, big dreams, and women who aren’t afraid to chase them. 🥂✨
I’d love to know: What’s one goal you’re working toward right now? Drop it in the comments so we can celebrate and cheer you on too! 💕
