There’s a version of this business that gets louder, yet lonelier and more exhausting every year.

After nearly 20 years in it, I knew I wanted the next chapter to look different.

More freedom. More collaboration. More room to actually enjoy the business we’ve worked so hard to build.

Because as we evolve, our businesses should too.

When Jennifer and I did these photos, we had one rule: no posing. Nobody had to be perfect or “on.” Just two women with nearly 40 years in real estate between us, who respect the way the other works who haven’t lost their sense of humor along the way.

That’s what drew both of us to Real. The freedom to build our businesses our way, keep the names and reputations we’ve worked hard for, and still have the right people around us.

And now I get to officially welcome Jennifer to REAL and to the Forward Community.

We’re each building something of our own and it’s a lot more fun getting to do some of it side by side.

And because you apparently don’t waste any time, you were barely through onboarding before your first listing at Real went live and had multiple offers within 24 hours.

When you’re where you’re supposed to be, things just have a way of feeling lighter. 🕊️

Today’s luxury buyers are incredibly intentional.
