Independent Contractor to be responsible for the daily cleaning around the exterior of a shopping center. This includes picking up trash, sweeping (broken glass, leaves, cigarette butts, bugs, etc.), emptying out trash containers, and ensuring trash around the dumpsters is broken up and thrown into the bins.
Contractor is also responsible for notifying Property Management of abandoned vehicles, graffiti, stray animals, illegal activity, or any other unusual/suspicious activity.
Contractor will have a shed on the premises to store tools if desired.
Cleaning to be completed no earlier than 0500 and no later than 1000 each morning. Currently only 3 days a week available. Work averages between 1-2 hours each day.
