Deason Realty Solutions began as my personal venture into real estate investment. As I started searching for homes to make cash offers on, I sought out properties that were often neglected or in distress—whether they were homes in need of major repairs, propertie

s caught up in divorce or inheritance issues, or houses where tenants weren’t paying and landlords were ready to move on. Over time, I saw an opportunity to expand and better serve the needs of homeowners and investors alike. As my investment business grew, I realized that many property owners, especially investors like myself, were frustrated with existing property management options. We needed a management company that not only understood the importance of selecting great tenants but also had a commitment to maintaining properties in top condition and minimizing vacancy time. Today, our team is dedicated to offering personalized, effective property management that ensures both tenants and property owners enjoy a smooth, profitable experience. In addition to running Deason Realty Solutions, I am also a Battalion Chief with the San Antonio Fire Department, where I’ve spent over 30 years serving my community. My work in the fire service has given me a unique perspective on service, dedication, and leadership—qualities that I bring to my real estate business every day. To further support those who serve, I also founded 2nd Battalion Realty, an initiative dedicated to helping military personnel and first responders navigate the world of real estate. Part-Time (10–20 hrs/week) – Growth Opportunity to Full-Time
Deason Realty Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspection Specialist to conduct routine inspections across our growing portfolio of residential rental properties (currently 80+ homes).
This role is critical to protecting our clients’ investments and ensuring properties are well maintained.
Responsibilities:
Conduct 3-month and 9-month exterior “drive-by” inspections
Perform 6-month interior condition inspections
Conduct 11-month lease renewal inspections
Complete move-out inspections with detailed documentation
Upload photo reports and written summaries within 24 hours
Identify maintenance concerns and lease compliance issues
Compensation:
$20 per Drive-By
$50 per 6-Month Interior
$65 per Renewal Inspection
$100 per Move-Out Inspection
Flexible schedule. Inspections can be batched geographically.
Ideal Candidate:
