⛺️ Land investors, I teach Mobile home investments and you could add this to your tool box and be making a lot more money with your land.
A recent example, I had a land investor hire me to help them develop a property. They usually buy and resell the land, which is majority of my students. They make decent profits. 💸
They bought 5 acres with some flood zone for $50,000. They could resell and double their money.
Instead, they hired me, I'm not cheap. But I'm worth it and an investment. I'll make you more money. It went from a $50,000 potential profit to a $150,000 potential profit. What's that worth to you?
I gave them a plan and they executed. They have already subdivided and now setting up the mobile homes. 😎
Their investment in a coach (me), gave them a return of 300 times and maybe more compared to the normal land wholesaling and subdividing.
They liked it so much they bought another piece to start subdividing and adding mobile homes. They said it so much easier than flipping and the profits are NICE.
