Sheema is the Past Board Chairwoman of Confidential Government Solutions, dba LeftRightStep.org, a non-profit organization that provides Work Readiness Workshops, Career Coaching and Training for our transitioning service members and their spouses. She is also the Community Relations Chair of the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association. We are actively involved in our community by supporting programs such as fundraisers, food and school supply drives for the San Antonio Food Bank and toy drives for Toys for Tots and Blue Santa, candy and blanket drives for Soldiers' Angels, and through our Real Estate business we support the Children’s Miracle Network by listing homes as "Miracle Homes" and making donations in our clients names, where the money stays right here in San Antonio at the Children's Hospital of San Antonio. We also support the Susan G. Koman with our annual Calendars.
