Big Day for Skillset Homes. Several times over the past year, we've tried to purchase a foreclosure at the courthouse steps with no success. At our March Partners Meeting, partners Jaime Cesar Sepulveda, Vaughn Manibog, Keaton Frieberg, and Howie Nestel changed strategies, and today we "won" a house at auction!
