Coppertree Townhomes Since being built in 1984 the property has undergone several changes.

Coppertree Townhomes & Condos is conveniently located in Northwest San Antonio near the intersection of Culebra, Grissom and Tezel at 9140 Timberpath, San Antonio, Texas 78250. Most recently a new board was elected to the Coppertree Condominium Owners Association and they are implementing improvements throughout the property

IMPORTANT REMINDER - Satellite Dishes are PROHIBITED from being installed on the roof or building. We have new roofs and fairly new siding and satellite dishes will damage them.

San Antonio City ordinances and Coppertree by-laws REQUIRE pets to be on a leash when they are NOT within the confines of your property. If you see pets not on a leash, please call San Antonio Animal Control at 210-207-6000 or call 311 from your cell phone. If your pet is missing, please contact Animal Control to see if they have been picked up from the property.

FYI - You can give visitors the address 9595 Culebra Road San Antonio, Texas 78251 and Google Maps will take them directly to the Coppertree Townhomes gate on Culebra, as opposed to the 9140 Timberpath address that currently does not have a way for guests to enter the property.

All the entrance curbs on the Timberpath entrance have been painted red and the gates have been fixed, repainted and closed. If you need a new remote for either of the Coppertree access gates, please contact our community manager, Dana at 210-342-1181.
