Another chapter closed.

Huge congratulations to my clients on the sale of their home. This one took patience, resilience, and a whole lot of trust through multiple rounds under contract, but we got it across the finish line. 🙌🏻

Real estate isn’t always a straight path, sometimes we have to make adjustments based off market trends while moving forward. I’m grateful I got the chance to guide them through this transition and help them step into their next chapter with a clean slate.

On the other side, congrats to the first time homebuyer who now gets to build equity & call this place home.
