LYND Strong with a Purpose

This past Saturday, members of rolled up their sleeves for a morning of service, helping build bed components for children who may otherwise be sleeping on floors, couches, or sharing beds.

It was a morning filled with hard work, teamwork, sweat, and plenty of sawdust—but every effort was worth it. By the end of the event, volunteers had helped build an incredible 140 beds, which means 140 children will soon have a bed of their very own.

We’re especially grateful to Richard Schott with ATI Restoration for spending his Saturday morning working alongside the LYND team and helping make the event such a success. Thank you, Richard, for your time, energy, and willingness to serve.

A big thank you as well to our LYND team members who showed up, worked hard, and made the day meaningful: Locke, Andrea, Zowie, Ryan, Justin from Roselawn, Jessica from Coppermill, and Erin, RM.

Moments like these are a reminder that building stronger communities goes far beyond the properties we manage. It’s about showing up, working together, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Celebrating Our Summer Interns

Last week, during our Wellness Lunch, we had the opportunity to recognize and celebrate our incredible Summer Interns as they wrapped up their time with LYND.

Throughout the summer, they brought fresh perspectives, new ideas, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn while gaining hands-on experience across our organization. We’re grateful for the time, energy, and talent they shared with our teams and for everything they accomplished along the way.

Helping Our Residents Start the School Year Strong. 🎒📚

Recently, the team at Esperanza hosted a Back-to-School Resident Event, bringing families together to celebrate the start of a new school year.

Thanks to an incredible turnout, resident children received backpacks filled with school supplies to help them head back to the classroom prepared and confident. It was wonderful to see so many families come together for an afternoon of connection, excitement, and community.

This past Friday, Stacy Frame, Head of Career Development, visited Auburn Creek alongside three of our summer interns for a community walk with BOB, our marketing tool.

The visit provided an opportunity to experience the property firsthand, discuss the resident experience, and hear fresh ideas and perspectives from the next generation of professionals. Conversations like these help us continue to grow, improve, and better serve our communities.

Parc Place's Back-to-School Giveaway was a tremendous success!

At LYND, we believe great communities are built through meaningful connections, and our recent Back-to-School Giveaway at Parc Place Apartments was a wonderful example of that commitment in action.

In partnership with Crime Survivors and Cura Enlace, we were proud to provide backpacks and school supplies to local students as they prepare for the new school year. Seeing families, residents, and community partners come together to support local children made this event truly special.
