5th in medium teams, in our 4th year. Not bad - honored to be once again listed among titans on the industry and at the top alongside so many Phyllis Browning Company Colleagues. Many thanks to our clients, partners, and service providers. There is no “I” in team, but the “I” in TIES stands for Integrity. I’m so thankful to San Antonio Current for highlighting this absolutely one of a kind property: 5-Acres with pool, horse stalls, 7-covered Car parking spots, custom home, water well, 25KW solar - this is one of a kind and must see!

The five-acre property also has a solar power system, a whole-house backup generator and a private water well.

We’ve been sneaking under the radar for a few years now just doing our best to serve every single customer with integrity and expertise so we can build their trust. I guess it’s OK to brag a little bit that our business model has put us in the top 100 most productive in Texas. And top 60 by Sales Sides. It’s nice to be on a list. But it’s even better just knowing we do our very best for every client. Thank you for trusting us!

Reflect. Honor. Serve.

On Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the loss of heroes who sacrificed their lives for the greater good. We thank them for their service by acting in a way that demonstrates their sacrifice was not in vain.

To honor our fallen this Memorial Day, be the greater good. All year long.

🏆 Three Years of Excellence in San Antonio Real Estate
We are incredibly honored to announce that the Abrahams Real Estate Ties Team has been recognized as a top residential real estate team by the San Antonio Business Journal for the third consecutive year! 🌟
🔍 Why This Recognition Matters
This is widely considered the most objective award in our industry. Every team in San Antonio is evaluated against the exact same criteria, providing a transparent look at the city’s top performers.
🤝 Beyond the Trophy
While we are proud of the accolade, the award itself isn’t what drives us—it’s what it signifies. In the last year alone, we’ve had the privilege of serving over 130 clients, helping each one successfully achieve their unique real estate goals. With every transaction, we’ve gained invaluable experience and deepened our commitment to the San Antonio community.
❤️ A Heartfelt Thank You
Success like this is never a solo effort. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to:
Our Clients: Thank you for trusting us with your homes and your futures.
Our Service Providers: For working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every closing is a success.
Our Teammates: For the late nights, the collaboration, and the unwavering dedication to excellence.
Phyllis Browning Company: We are proud to be part of a brokerage that sets the gold standard for real estate in Texas.
Here’s to another year of building ties and making moves in the city we love! 🏠✨
