Linda started her Real Estate career with Hallmark/Bradfield in (1990 Rookie of the Year). Specializing in finding the perfect property for the Buyer(s) and negotiating the purchase price, assisting in coordinating documents between the Title Company and making sure the transaction comes to a satisfactory and timely close. I listing properties of any type and any price range, prepare comparables to determine price of property to be marketed and decide as to what the property needs and make arrangements for repairs or improvements that need to be done in order for the property to sell faster. Arrange for professional photography to be done so that the pictures will entice the buyers to want to see the property. I try to go to the property before each showing to make sure all lights and window treatments are open to alowl for best natural light.
