Great news in the last couple weeks. Lumber prices have dropped drastically back to near norms from over a year ago. We want to hear more news like this here. With 2 new home builds, 2 large remodels and a monster historical commercial renovation scheduled for Hammerheadz over the next 2 years this is great news for our clients.

Just under half of American lumber suppliers and manufacturers say they're sitting on excess inventory.
