Calling out Gonzalez who blocked my client and me to avoid being held accountable. He took her $10,000 & left her home a mess with conditions that now make it miserable for her . She says she sees mist coming into her manufactured home.

I tried to mediate between them & broke down her complaints on work he didn’t finish . He & I then met & I showed him his unfinished work & he said he would finish it & guarantee his work to no avail, because he says he has no time . Months have passed & he says he is stuck on Pennsylvania & now we are blocked .

(She might have to sell what she can & find an affordable licensed builder or someone to build her a livable home. )
