So once a month, I intentionally slow down.

👢 BOOTS ON THE GROUND

Every community has its own personality.

Some feel busy.
Some feel cookie-cutter.
And every now and then, you come across one that just feels... different.

This week, I put my Boots on the Ground at The Preserve at Elm Creek in New Braunfels to see what makes this community stand out.

One thing I've learned over the years is that you can't truly understand a neighborhood from listing photos alone. You have to drive the streets, take in the surroundings, and experience it for yourself.
