If you have a laundry list of to-dos, you can quickly find yourself feeling overwhelmed with everything that has to get done. Have you heard of the two-minute rule?
Assess how long it should take to complete a task, and if it can be done in two minutes, get it done! Otherwise, create a list of other big to-dos and prioritize which you want to get done that day or another day.
You'd be surprised how much you can get done taking on tasks two minutes at a time!
