Would retail stores, hospitals, parks, and fire/police stations play apart in your home buying decision? We know schools play usually the biggest part but one that I hear the most is “ Where is the HEB “!!!

I’ve had several people ask :

How is the market?
Is it hot?
When should I list ?

Here is a quick read on answering those questions. San Antonio and all surrounding areas have been doing so well that inventory to SELL is actually low. This is the time to list as it has been all year. Majority of homes are going into multiple offers which is a great benefit to sellers.
I’ve personally driven all around San Antonio including the outskirts of Castroville- Floresville- Seguin- New Braunfels/Canyon Lake - Spring Branch - Boerne to make a full circle .... and hardly do I see the same house for sale the second time around.
