I began my real estate career in 1970 in Corpus Christi, Texas after obtaining my salesman license in 1969. I have worked full time real estate sales since 1970. I have been with Keller Williams Realty City View since 1997. My parents owned a real estate office near Corpus Christi starting in 1950 so I am a second generation Texas Realtor. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an

excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network. Over the years I have developed these skills which I share when I have the opportunity of teaching classes for Keller Williams Realty. In my experience as a San Antonio (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to my clients needs be it listing a home or representing a buyer. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improving my skills and ways of doing business by attending classes provided by Keller Williams Realty and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. I have earned several real estate designations over the years: ABR - (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS - (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI -( Graduate Realtor Institute), TAHS (Texas Designation), SRES ( Senior Residential Specialist). I also have a leadership position in our City View Office through our ALC (Agent Leadership Council).
