John Cannon, CCIM

Serving the community, leading, and helping others has always been a priority for DHRP President John Cannon. Before this native Texan’s transition into Commercial Real Estate, John worked as an executive and a teaching minister at a large non-profit for over two decades. John has also served as a popular San Antonio radio personality, and continues to serve as a motivational speaker upon request.

Joining DHRP in 2012, John pours his energy into assisting his clients with investment sales, whether industrial, flex, office, land, or retail shopping centers with over $70 million in sales and leasing, totaling 7 million square feet in 8 years. John not only works with investors, owner occupied purchasers, and those divesting their commercial real estate properties, but also serves as a landlord rep for shopping centers. As the firms first CCIM Designee, John is an active member of the CCIM San Antonio – South Texas Chapter and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. In addition, John is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. in Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and an M.A. Balancing work and play, John loves to spend time with his family, whether it is hanging out by the pool, boating, or traveling.
