We did it, got it under contract! To be honest, our 1st attempt was unsuccessful and we narrowly missed out in a multiple offer situation. BUT....I told my client's I would not give up and continue to follow up on this property in case it came back on the market. Well....that's exactly what happened. The last day of the option period for the previous buyer was looking shaky, and I notified the list agent we were still very much interested. With a bit of urgency, my buyers we able to jump back on this house! I'm excited for them, and looking forward to seeing this one through! Not all deals happen the same, and in this case, the persistency paid off! Congrats to my buyers from Corpus Christi!
