Quick Close Houses Quick Close Houses was founded in 2005. We invest primarily in single family homes in and around the San Antonio area, as well as in Dallas and Houston.

We have recently started to explore development opportunities in Puerto Rico as well. We specialize in purchase and rehab, lease purchase as well as wholesaling. Throughout our 10+ years of experience we have honed and perfected our buying techniques. We also have streamlined and mastered our rehab process to minimize our holding time and holding costs. We have a cultivated a small but loyal group

of hard money as well as private lenders that fund our deals. What this allows us to do is to buy deals with zero money out of pocket that fall above the 70% loan to value (LTV) limit that most other investors are limited to.
