As a Texas REALTOR® and proud US Army Retiree I am honored to dedicate my new career to helping my fellow U.S. Military Service Members with their real estate needs. I am a VA Loan Benefits Expert, a preferred REALTOR® with the Texas Veterans Land Board, and I am well versed in veteran benefits nationwide and those extra benefits specific to Texas. I feel as if I have a Duty to promote the U.S. Military On The Move Program! MILITARY ON THE MOVE is a free real estate rebate and information program that allows our active, reserve, retired, and separated service members to earn cash back when they buy or sell a home (in states where allowed by law and Texas is one of those states)! With this program, you will receive a cash rebate at closing based on the price of your home. This program is different than lender offered rebate programs because their is no rebate limit for our HEROES. I am a REALTOR® in Texas, but this program is not limited to my state. If you are selling a home anywhere in the world, please call me and I will work to find an agent in your area who will honor the U.S. Military on The Move Program. Being a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World gives me access to thousands of agents trained to help our service members! Feel free to call for more details (478-357-7693)
