A chef’s kitchen, for sure! You don’t have to have a huge kitchen to put some gourmet food on the table. Sawdon Homes was thrilled to build this custom home for a repeat customer. Tall ceilings, incredible exposed beams and wide walkways make for the perfect place to host a dinner party. Beacon Custom Cabinets knocked it out of the park.

Now that the end of summer is approaching, this is the perfect space to spend a beautiful night at home with family and friends as the weather gets cooler. Some details we love include the unique tongue and groove ceiling, as well as the pass through fire place from Parrish and Co. We also can’t forget about the built in DCS grill and Big Green Egg supplied by BBQ Outfitters surrounded by Chicago style brick, along with the elegant french door provided by a local family owned company….The Front Door Company. •

It’s fun to look up! Especially when your ceiling is as petty this one! At Sawdon Homes, we really like to make sure that each place your eye lands sees something interesting and beautiful. It's also a great way to bring in all the different textures and materials your heart desires. This room has great contemporary elements, along with classic hill country charm. Very upscale!

At Sawdon Homes we believe that just because a space is small doesn’t mean the design details have to be. A chandelier in the powder bath is sure to leave guests impressed, but we didn’t stop there. Wall mounted faucets paired with shiplap walls and an elegant mirror are the finishing touches that make for a show worthy bathroom.
