The market remains 🔥

According to market data from the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the average price of a home is now $353,662 - a 19% increase from August 2020 to August 2021.

Closing day for this house in Stone Oak!
My clients, the Monroes, made this house their home for 27 years in this popular area. I think they were one of the first in the neighborhood!!
I wish them the best as they downsize into a condo.
