If you have been considering the purchase of a new home now is the time. Interest rates are at unbelievable lows due to the Treasury rates. The Treasury has not been this low since WWII. Current conventional rates are as low as 3.25 on a 30 yr fixed and 2.85 on a VA loan. FHA is at 2.75 Fixed.
