I’d like to extend my congratulations to both my seller clients and the buyer, with whom I built a strong working relationship. This property had been listed with me for several years and had previously gone under contract twice, with the most recent attempt falling through after five months due to the buyers’ termination of the contract, resulting in the loss of their earnest money, feasibility funds, and personal consideration.
