It's that time of year again when I annoy you all with my achievements in

Except this time I've ranked as the TOP real estate agent for all kw offices in (Jan to Dec 2022)!

What's that mean?

Well San Antonio is the "middle child" of the South Texas Region; we're not the highest priced/busiest market, and we're not the cheapest/slowest market. So for my colleagues and I to show up on these lists is HUGE!

Keep in mind that this is for ALL kw offices in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Based on internal numbers (totally objective reporting) I am the top individual agent ( #9 in the region) for all kw offices in our San Antonio market.

That's huge, and I couldn't have done it without my amazing clients and of course the staff that runs our kw City View office.

And congrats to the other highlighted agents, groups, and teams from all our San Antonio offices that made the list. You all put up GREAT numbers and did an amazing job in 2022!

If you HAVE to go out and look at houses, or you HAVE to sell your house because you have a deadline outside your control, follow these tips, please.

And one more to add: DON’T bring your kids. DON’T bring your parents. Only whoever ABSOLUTELY MUST be there.

Or just let your Realtor FaceTime/Skype/Zoom you through the house and stay in your pajamas!

I earned the opportunity to sit in a closed door, invitation only, mastermind with Gary Keller today. Fewer than 75 people were in the room, and the conversation was awesome. Keller Williams is focused on growth, but they’re also madly devoted to cultivating and nurturing the individual agent, and this morning was proof positive that the company will never forget who built and continues to build this influential company.

Also, Liz Landry was in attendance and that was a total fanboy moment for me.

Just in time for , my new medals are in! Inspired by my daughter’s love for the color orange and classic/throwback colors, these are a big diversion from past years. I love the papel picado frame, the bright and extensive decorations are among my favorite things about .
