Two homes under contract this weekend and honestly, these are the kinds of moments that remind me why I love what I do so much. 💙

The first was for one of my longtime clients… actually one of my very first clients ever. Years ago, I helped their family move from Dallas to San Antonio and buy their home here. This weekend, we got their investment condo in the Medical Center under contract too. There’s something really special about getting to continue helping families through different seasons of life, and I never take that trust lightly.

The second one hit close to home in the best way. This client and I originally met because our daughters were in dance class together, and over the years we became friends. Now I get to help her family sell their home in Bulverde as they prepare for their next chapter in another part of Texas. I truly love getting to help other moms and families navigate these big transitions, especially when they’re people I genuinely care about.

Real estate is never just about houses for me. It’s about people, relationships, trust, and helping families move into the next phase of their lives with support and clarity along the way.

Okay this one feels a little extra special 💙

One of my listings in Schertz went under contract this weekend… and it just happens to be for one of our Founding Members! 🥂

Like… what 🥹

We’ve done the coffee chats. The events. The “how are we balancing all of this” conversations. The real life, real business moments.

And now I get to walk her & her husband through selling an investment property!

It’s just one of those full circle things that makes me stop and go… wow. This is why community matters so much.

Because it’s never just business.
It’s trust.
It’s friendship.
It’s “I know you’ve got me” energy.
And getting to be that person for them in this season is something I don’t take lightly at all.

Oh man...not every closing comes wrapped in a pretty little bow.

Some of them come with delays… miscommunication from other parties… and a whole lot of deep breaths along the way. 😅

And this one?
It definitely tested all of us.

But what mattered most wasn’t the bumps in the process… it was the people in it.

This home belonged to a veteran couple living out of state who trusted me to get it sold. And through every twist and turn, they showed up with so much patience, kindness, and grace… even when things were completely out of our control.
And that says everything.

Coming from a veteran family myself, these are the clients that hit a little closer to home for me. The ones you want to go the extra mile for… every single time.

So today, we celebrate.
Because despite the chaos behind the scenes…
we got it to the finish line 🙌

And moments like this are such a reminder that real estate isn’t just about houses… it’s about people, trust, and showing up when it matters most.

This seller found me the best way possible, through referrals from some incredible women, including a few from my community 💙

She’s out of state, her sister is here in San Antonio, and they needed someone they could trust to step in and help guide the process of selling an investment property.
