🚨 8 MONTHS. NO AC FILTER.

During a recent inspection, we discovered this AC system had been running since January without an air filter installed. 😳

That means months of unfiltered air, dust and debris potentially moving through the HVAC system — contributing to dirty coils, reduced airflow, poor indoor air quality, higher energy costs and premature equipment wear.

🏠 And yes — this was a NEW HOME.

🏠 Brand New Doesn’t Mean Problem Free.

During this new construction inspection, we found a disconnected flue vent in the attic. A flue is designed to safely carry combustion gases from appliances to the outside. When that connection is open or separated, exhaust gases — including potentially dangerous carbon monoxide — may enter the attic or home.

⚠️ This is exactly why you inspect before you close, even on a brand-new home.
