What a week it has been for San Antonio, TX. In my 40 years of living and building homes in San Antonio, I have never quite seen such a disastrous winter storm. Unfortunately for many, the infrastructure of their homes or apartments wasn’t prepared or insulated well enough to prevent frozen pipes and pipe bursts. It brought me immense comfort when I saw this email come through this week from a client I built a house for four years ago who stated that because of the quality home I built him, he and his family were one of the lucky ones who were able to stay warm and avoid water issues in the home. I mean it when I say when I build you a home, I build to the standards I personally would want to live in. Your home should be your sanctuary, your safe place, and that’s why I don’t take what I do lightly. I pay attention to details, and oversee every bit of the build process from start to finish. If your home is still suffering from the lingering effects of the winter storm, don’t hesitate to reach out, I would be happy to help in any way I can, and if building a home is something you have thought about or dreamed of, shoot me a message. 25 years after building our clients’ beautiful home, we were asked to update the Jack n’ Jill bathroom. We replaced the flooring and wallpaper, and added an air tub and new counter tops. These features were complemented by beautiful cabinetry with more space, giving the bathroom a new, timeless look and feel.
