Started our Sunday with a little culture at the San Antonio Museum of Art — admission is free on the second Sunday of the month from 10 AM–12 PM. 🖼️

Next, we took a stroll down to Elsewhere Garden Bar along the River Walk. 🌿✨ With beautiful flower-filled decor, refreshing misters for those hot San Antonio days, great food, and pretty river views, it’s the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the city.

And yes, we tried the patty melt… delish! 🍔

One of the things we love most about San Antonio is how easy it is to turn a simple Sunday into a day of exploring, good food, and beautiful places. Local living really is the best living. ❤️

Don't forget about the neighbors when marketing a listing.

Before this open house, I spent Friday morning passing out flyers throughout the neighborhood. The open house was well attended, and by Monday we had multiple offers. The sellers selected the offer that worked best for them, repairs have been negotiated, and we're now pending.

Open house signs catch traffic. Neighbors create conversations. Neighbors already know and love the community, and they often know a family member, friend, or colleague who has been hoping for an opportunity to move in. Don't underestimate the value of a few flyers and a little legwork.
