AJ brings 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience to our community. Starting his journey as a maintenance technician, AJ worked his way up through hard work, dedication, and leadership to become our Maintenance Director. His knowledge, commitment, and positive attitude help keep our community running smoothly every single day. 🛠️✨

Outside of work, AJ loves spending quality time with his wife, three children, and grandchild, family means everything to him. He’s also a huge animal lover and shares his home with three dogs and one cat 🐾.

Throughout her time with CWS, she has supported six different communities, bringing dedication, positivity, and a passion for resident experience everywhere she goes.

One of Megan’s favorite parts of her role at Marquis on Evans is building meaningful relationships with residents and helping create a warm, welcoming community that truly feels like home. 🏡✨

Outside of work, Megan enjoys cutting and coloring hair, a creative hobby she loves spending time doing in her free time! 💇‍♀️
