I was updating a client this morning regarding our real estate market in here, and I thought you might find it interesting as well.

We are presently at $201.61 per square foot, ASKING PRICE. I looked more deeply into our past and present markets this morning and will share my findings with you here.

January 1, 2026-June 15, 2026: 26 sales averaging $198.13/SF
January 1, 2025-June 15, 2025: 35 sales averaging $207.67/SF
January 1, 2024-June 15, 2024: 38 sales averaging $207.06/SF
January 1, 2023-June 15, 2023: 35 sales averaging $204.56/SF
January 1, 2022-June 15, 2022: 44 sales averaging $205.19/SF

The sky certainly isn't falling, but we are seeing a correction. Feel free to contact me with any real estate-related questions.
